I faxed and sent Van Ru a copy of the PAID receipt 5 times already and their excuse is they have never received it, even though I sent the last one return receipt requested.
Their excuse for the last one is that the person who signed for it does not work there anymore. They called me again tonight and not only did they not leave a message, when I called back he was rude, when I asked to speak to a supervisor the man ( who could barely speak English and was hard to understand) said "FOR WHAT?".
When I told him it is something I need to speak to a spvsr about he hung up on me.
I am truly tired of being harassed by this company for a debt I have NEVER owed!
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what to do? Is this something I can file a police report about
